Return Policy:
We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. If you wish to request a return or exchange, the request must be raised through our Customer Care team within the specified return window. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed by the courier partner at the time of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact in order to qualify. Once your request is approved, the item will be picked up from your location, and after a quality check is completed at our facility, your exchange or store credit will be processed.Please note that we do not offer returns on items purchased during sale periods, customized orders, or products marked as non-returnable. For international orders, customers may request alterations if needed, but all shipping charges for sending and receiving the product must be borne by the client, as international return shipments are not accepted.
