We offer shipping services across India. A non-refundable flat shipping fee of INR 99 is applicable on all orders below INR 2999, while orders above this amount qualify for free shipping across the country. Our standard delivery time is typically 5 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Depending on product availability, your order may be split into multiple shipments to ensure quicker delivery. Pre-order items will be dispatched as per the timelines mentioned on their respective product pages. Furniture or bulk orders generally take between 15 to 20 working days from the date of order confirmation for dispatch.

 

For international shipping, we deliver through trusted global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the weight and volume of the package and the destination country. The exact cost will be shared upon inquiry prior to dispatch. We also provide complimentary alterations for international clients if required, provided the client bears the two-way shipping cost for sending and receiving the product.

 

Our Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available on most pincodes across India. However, please note that we do not offer try-and-buy or open-box delivery services. Customers are required to make full payment to the courier partner before opening their parcel. The courier partner is not authorized to process exchanges or accept returns during delivery. All requests for returns or exchanges must be raised directly through our Customer Care team.
